StampKit Terms of Service
Effective July 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of StampKit. They apply both to the businesses that subscribe to run a rewards program (we call them shops or merchants) and to the customers who join those programs. By using StampKit, you agree to these terms.
The service
StampKit is a hosted rewards platform. Shops subscribe to the self-serve Starter plan for $49 per month or $490 per year, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. A shop can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period (there is no partial-period refund unless the law requires one). A separate Premium tier, which includes a dedicated app and custom site, is arranged directly with our sales team and is not covered by the self-serve terms here.
Merchant responsibilities
If you run a shop on StampKit, you agree to:
- Honor the rewards you issue to your customers. The stamps and rewards on a customer's card are a commitment you make to them, not to us.
- Provide accurate business information (name, hours, locations, contact).
- Use StampKit lawfully and follow these terms.
- Set and stand behind your own offer terms: how many stamps, what the reward is, when it expires. Those terms are yours, and you are responsible for them.
Platform rules
To keep StampKit trustworthy for the customers who receive messages through it, we set a few rules for shops:
- Marketing campaigns are capped at two blasts per week per shop. This protects your members from fatigue and keeps deliverability high.
- No spam. Only send to members who consented, and always honor unsubscribe requests.
- We may suspend or remove a shop that abuses the platform, sends unlawful content, or puts customers at risk.
Customer accounts
Joining a shop's rewards program is free for customers. You can leave any program at any time, and you can delete your StampKit account whenever you like. Leaving a program removes your membership at that shop and does not affect your memberships at other shops. How we handle the data behind your account is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Shops own their own logos, brand colors, menu content, and offer copy. By using StampKit, a shop grants us a limited license to display that content where it is needed to run the program: on the shop's storefront, its Apple Wallet cards, and its campaigns. StampKit owns the platform, its software, and its own branding. We claim no ownership of a shop's content beyond that license.
Disclaimers
StampKit is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for a shop's offers, the goods or services a shop provides, or a shop's dealings with its customers.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, StampKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or, for customers who pay nothing, is limited to one hundred dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state to be confirmed], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify shops by email. Continuing to use StampKit after a change means you accept the updated terms.
